Single (1) station layouts are designed to warm the
players up by maximizing player activity and work
specific skill development
(eg. skating mechanics).

Three (3) station layouts are designed around cross
ice games to maximize player activity and are great
session ending activities.

Five (5) Station layouts are designed to focus on
specific skills.  Utilizing five (5) different ice layouts.

Included: 137 Station drill layouts which can
be reconfigured using the five (5) unique drill
layout templates allowing 100's of
reconfiguration options.

Percent Distribution of 'Primary' Skills
87% of stations 'Primary' focus is on Skating, Stickhandling,
Shooting and Passing.
Percent Distribution of 'Secondary' Skills
Over 90% of the stations 'Secondary' focus also involves
Skating, Stickhandling, Shooting and Passing.

skills are skills performed along with the execution of the 'Primary'
skill.)
Note: Even though it appears that there is little focus on
FUN... It is critical!  There are a few stations aimed at
pure FUN, however the coaches attitude and drill variation
hockey practice experience.
Target rotating young players between stations every 5-6
minutes and older players up to 12 minutes.  You will notice
that at 5-6 minutes there is not a lot of time for verbal
instruction... Don't bother.  Line them up- demonstrate and
correct mistakes as the drill is running.
